The Google Nexus 5 has a score of 76, which is a bit better than the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL's 75 score. Google Nexus 5 works with Android 4.4.3 OS, and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL comes with Windows 10 Mobile OS. The Google Nexus 5 is an older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, but Google was able to build it lighter anyway.

Google Nexus 5 features a quite better performance than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU and more cores. The Lumia 950 XL has a little more vivid display than Google Nexus 5, because it has a quite larger screen, a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a bit higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL features a very superior camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a lot more mega pixels back camera, a much larger aperture for better photos in low light environments, a lot bigger sensor which gives a way higher image and video quality and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL counts with a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Nexus 5, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 200 GB. Although Google Nexus 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Lumia 950 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Lumia 950 XL. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Lumia 950 XL, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
