Google Nexus 6P has an overall score of 80.3, which is just a bit better than Lumia 950 XL's score of 75. The Google Nexus 6P construction is a little bit heavier but just a little thinner than Lumia 950 XL, and they were released with only 1 months difference. Google Nexus 6P counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Lumia 950 XL, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Google Nexus 6P also has a larger number of cores.
The Lumia 950 XL has a bit sharper screen than Google Nexus 6P. Both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, the same quantity of pixels in each display inch and a same size screen. Google Nexus 6P features a quite bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Lumia 950 XL, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Google Nexus 6P features a bit better battery lifetime than Lumia 950 XL, because it has a 3450mAh battery capacity.
