Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL's 75 score. Even being the best cellphone in this review, we must note that it is also an older, a little thicker and just a bit heavier cellphone. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge works with Android 5.0 operating system, and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL comes with Windows 10 Mobile operating system.

Galaxy Note Edge counts with a faster CPU than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a higher number of cores and a graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a bit better looking screen than Lumia 950 XL, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a just a bit better pixel quantity per inch of screen.

The Lumia 950 XL takes clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Lumia 950 XL also has a bigger aperture to capture better images in low light environments, a back facing camera with a higher resolution and a bigger sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.

Lumia 950 XL counts with a little bit more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Lumia 950 XL also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 200 GB. Microsoft Lumia 950 XL features just a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has an 11% greater battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge costs more than Lumia 950 XL, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
