The Galaxy Note9 is much better than the Microsoft Lumia 950, with an 87.1 score against 74.1. Galaxy Note9's design is notably newer, but a little thicker and much heavier than Microsoft Lumia 950. The Galaxy Note9 is a lot more expensive than the Microsoft Lumia 950, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
