The Xperia XZ3 is a little bit better than Microsoft Lumia 950, with a 79.6 score against 74.1. Xperia XZ3 is a noticeably newer cellphone than Microsoft Lumia 950, but it's somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier. The Xperia XZ3 works with Android 9.0 Pie OS, and Microsoft Lumia 950 counts with Windows 10 Mobile OS.
The Lumia 950 features a little more vivid screen than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a quite smaller display and a little worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a little bit greater screen pixels density. Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a faster processing unit than Microsoft Lumia 950, because it has 1 GB more RAM memory and 7 more cpu cores.
