Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M31s is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, having a global score of 88 against 85.3. The Samsung Galaxy M31s is an older and incredibly thicker device than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, but Samsung was able to make it noticeably lighter anyway. Both phones in this review have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should provide the same operating system features.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a little faster processor than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a higher amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1892 x 2688px and a bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a much greater memory for applications and games than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s takes much better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a back facing camera with a lot better 64 mega-pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy M31s features longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
