Microsoft Surface Duo has a global score of 78.8, which is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone AR's 77.4 overall score. Microsoft Surface Duo's body is much newer and thinner, but much heavier than the Asus ZenFone AR. The Microsoft Surface Duo has just a little better performance than Asus ZenFone AR, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Microsoft Surface Duo also has a higher number of cores.
Asus ZenFone AR features a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a much smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px, it also counts with a better amount of pixels per inch of screen. The Asus ZenFone AR features a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Asus ZenFone AR also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Microsoft Surface Duo features a bit longer battery life than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has 3577mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh. Asus ZenFone AR has a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have a F2 camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a much better resolution back-facing camera.
