Motorola RAZR MAXX is slightly better than Motorola DROID 3, having a score of 62 against 56.5. The Motorola RAZR MAXX design is incredibly thinner and way lighter than the Motorola DROID 3. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola RAZR MAXX has the newer 4.0 version and Motorola DROID 3 has Android 2.3 version, giving you lots of additional features.
