The Google Pixel 4 XL is a newer and noticeably thinner device than the Motorola Droid Turbo, but it is also just a little bit heavier. Google Pixel 4 XL counts with just a little better performance than Motorola Droid Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more CPU cores and more RAM.
