Comparison review

The HTC One M9 has an overall score of 77.7, which is a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo's 76.4 general score. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the HTC One M9 has a more recent 5.0 version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. The HTC One M9 is a thinner and somewhat lighter cellphone than the Motorola Droid Turbo, even though both of them were only released with a couple of months difference.

The Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a little bit better looking display than HTC One M9, because it has a better screen density, a quite bigger display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. HTC One M9 counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Droid Turbo, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the HTC One M9 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 128 GB.

HTC One M9 has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Droid Turbo, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the HTC One M9 also has a better 600 megahertz graphics processor, a larger number of cores and a 64-bits processing unit. Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a superior battery life than HTC One M9, because it has a 37% bigger battery size.

The HTC One M9 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Droid Turbo, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos, a back-facing camera with less mega pixels and a lower 3840x2160 video quality.

Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, HTC One M9 is also cheaper than the other phone, which makes it a simple decision.
