HTC U Ultra and Motorola Droid Turbo feature similar cameras, because although the HTC U Ultra has a much worse resolution camera and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography. Motorola Droid Turbo features improved battery lifetime than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 30 percent larger battery capacity.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Droid Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Droid Turbo.
