LG Q70 has a score of 77.9, which is a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo's global score of 76.4. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q70 has the previous 10 version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4. LG Q70's body is noticeably newer and noticeably thinner, but also heavier than Motorola Droid Turbo.
Motorola Droid Turbo features a little better performance than LG Q70, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. The Motorola Droid Turbo has an incredibly better screen than LG Q70, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher pixel number in each inch of screen.
