Motorola Edge 20 has a score of 86.1, which is better than the Motorola Droid Turbo's 76.4 general score. These phones come with Android OS, but Motorola Edge 20 has 11 version while Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4. The Motorola Edge 20 body is much newer, a little lighter and thinner than the Motorola Droid Turbo.
Motorola Droid Turbo features a much better looking screen than Motorola Edge 20, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixels quantity per inch in the screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
