The Galaxy C7 is a little bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo, having a general score of 77.7 against 76.4. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy C7 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4, so it gives a couple additional features and increased performance. Galaxy C7's design is newer, just a little bit lighter and incredibly thinner than the Motorola Droid Turbo.
