Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than Motorola Droid Turbo, getting a overall score of 98.9 against 76.4. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the previous 13 version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's design is notably newer and much thinner, but heavier than the Motorola Droid Turbo.

Motorola Droid Turbo features a better looking display than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a bit worse 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher screen pixels density. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit superior processing unit than Motorola Droid Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures way better photos and videos than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a larger aperture, a way higher resolution camera in the back and a much higher video resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a much better memory to store more apps and games than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a bit longer battery life than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Droid Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola Droid Turbo. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola Droid Turbo, letting go some features and specifications.
