The Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit better processor than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and 3 GB more RAM.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a bit longer battery performance than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 3900mAh of battery capacity. The Motorola DROID Turbo captures a little bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has slower 24 frames per second video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a camera with much more mega pixels.

Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola DROID Turbo. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Google Pixel 4 XL, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go a couple features and specs.
