Motorola DROID Turbo has a global score of 77.9, which is a little bit better than Galaxy J8's 76.7 general score. The Motorola DROID Turbo is a way older and way thicker cellphone than the Galaxy J8, but Motorola made it just a bit lighter anyway. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola DROID Turbo has the newer 4.4.4 version and Galaxy J8 has Android 10, giving you a couple nice extra features and increased performance.
Motorola DROID Turbo has an incredibly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a much higher quantity of pixels per inch of screen. Motorola DROID Turbo features a little bit better performance than Galaxy J8, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and less cpu cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Motorola DROID Turbo takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy J8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low-light photography and videos, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lot more mega-pixels back camera. Galaxy J8 features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy J8 also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy J8, because it has an 11 percent bigger battery capacity.
