Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note10 Lite has the previous 11 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. Although Galaxy Note10 Lite is heavier than the Motorola DROID Turbo, it's thinner and newer.
Motorola DROID Turbo has a sharper display than Galaxy Note10 Lite, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a greater amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy Note10 Lite has a CPU that's just as good as Motorola DROID Turbo's CPU, because although the Galaxy Note10 Lite has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
The Galaxy Note10 Lite has a little bit better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a back camera with a way worse 12 MP resolution and a lower video definition, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture. Galaxy Note10 Lite counts with a much greater storage for applications and games than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite has a bit longer battery lifetime than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3900mAh.
