Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is much better than Motorola DROID Turbo, having a 90.8 score against 77.9. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has the older 11 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4. Although Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is just a little bit heavier than the Motorola DROID Turbo, it's way thinner and newer.
The Galaxy S20 FE features a bit superior processing unit than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM and a larger number of cores. Motorola DROID Turbo has a more vivid screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels quantity per inch in the display and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy S20 FE features a bit better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a camera with much less mega pixels resolution and a lower video definition, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better images in low light environments.
The Galaxy S20 FE features just a bit better battery life than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola DROID Turbo. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, giving up some features and specs.
