Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's overall score of 77.9. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a way newer and a lot thinner phone than the Motorola DROID Turbo, but it is a lot heavier. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the older 13 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little bit better processing power than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. The Motorola DROID Turbo features a better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a quite better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a lot better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a lot more mega pixels camera in the back, a larger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in poorly lited environments and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has superior battery lifetime than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Motorola DROID Turbo, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
