The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo, getting a general score of 82.2 against 77.9. Even though the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a lot newer than Motorola DROID Turbo, it is way heavier and a bit thicker. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a bit superior CPU than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and more RAM.

Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bit sharper display than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a bit bigger display, a way better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and a greater pixel count per screen inch. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a very superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 400 GB.

The Motorola DROID Turbo features a bit better battery performance than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 3900mAh battery size. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features just a bit better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a worse resolution back-facing camera and a worse video quality, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture.

Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xperia XZ2 Premium, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go some specs and features.
