The Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Xperia Z5 Premium has a newer 5.1 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4, so it counts with lots of additional features and some performance improvements. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia Z5 Premium, else you can save some dollars and get the Motorola DROID Turbo, resigning some specs and features.
