Galaxy S III is slightly better than Motorola DROID Ultra, having a 70.8 score against 65.3. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S III has 4.1.2 version while Motorola DROID Ultra has Android 4.4.4 version. Galaxy S III is an older and somewhat thicker phone than the Motorola DROID Ultra, but Samsung made it a little bit lighter anyway.
