Comparison review
Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a global score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's 84.2 score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge 20 Lite has the older 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14 version. Even though the Motorola Edge 20 Lite is older than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, it's design is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a sharper screen than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because although it has a little bit worse pixel density, and they both have the same 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also counts with a quite larger screen. Motorola Edge 20 Lite features a much greater processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features just a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because it has a 5500mAh battery size.
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite captures slightly better photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, and although they both have a F1.9 aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also has a much better resolution back facing camera and faster 120 frames per second video frame rates.
