The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a general score of 87.1, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge 50's global score of 81.2. Even being the best phone in this comparison review, Motorola Edge 20 Lite is a noticeably older, just a little bit thicker and a bit heavier phone than the Motorola Edge 50. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge 20 Lite has the previous 11 version and Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14.
Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much better display than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a slightly better 1220 x 2712 resolution and a bit higher amount of pixels per display inch. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a much more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 50. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 8 GB of RAM memory.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a slightly better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a much better camera than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also counts with a lot higher resolution back facing camera and faster 120 fps video frame rate.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite and Motorola Edge 50 have incredibly similar batteries performance.
