The Motorola Edge 20 Lite is a bit better than the Moto G Stylus, with a global score of 87.1 against 79.7. Both of these devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system). The Motorola Edge 20 Lite design is newer, a bit lighter and thinner than Moto G Stylus. Moto G Stylus features a display that's just as good as Motorola Edge 20 Lite's display, because although the Moto G Stylus has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2300 pixels and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.

Motorola Edge 20 Lite counts with better battery lifetime than Moto G Stylus, because it has a 25% larger battery size.
