The Motorola Edge (2022) has a global score of 84.7, which is a bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's general score of 83.7. These devices use Android OS, but the Motorola Edge (2022) has newer 12 version and LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10 version. The Motorola Edge (2022) body is notably newer, just a little bit lighter and a little bit thinner than the LG V50 ThinQ.
LG V50 ThinQ counts with just a little better performance than Motorola Edge (2022). Both have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. LG V50 ThinQ has a bit more vivid display than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 3120px resolution.
The LG V50 ThinQ has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge (2022), and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG V50 ThinQ also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Edge (2022) features improved battery duration than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Motorola Edge (2022) shoots much better videos and photos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola Edge (2022) also counts with a lot higher resolution back camera.
Although Motorola Edge (2022) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V50 ThinQ. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the LG V50 ThinQ, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
