Comparison review
The Motorola Edge (2022) has a score of 84.7, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 50's 81.2 general score. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Edge (2022) has an older 12 version and Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14. Motorola Edge (2022) is an older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than Motorola Edge 50, but Motorola was able to build it just a bit lighter anyway.
Motorola Edge 50 features a much better screen than Motorola Edge (2022), because it has a just a bit higher screen pixel density, a slightly better resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels and a little larger screen. Motorola Edge (2022) counts with a very superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge 50, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Motorola Edge 50 has much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge (2022), because it has 256 GB internal memory. The Motorola Edge 50 features a battery life that's very similar to the Motorola Edge (2022) one. The Motorola Edge 50 captures just a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Edge (2022), although it has slower video frame rate, they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a F1.8 aperture and a same resolution camera.
