Motorola Edge 40 Pro is slightly better than Galaxy Note Edge, getting an 83.4 score against 81.7. Motorola Edge 40 Pro is a noticeably newer device than Galaxy Note Edge, although it is somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has 13 version while Galaxy Note Edge has Android 5.0, providing the user some nice extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Galaxy Note Edge has a really superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

The Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a way more megapixels back camera, a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and photographs.

Motorola Edge 40 Pro features a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 53 percent greater battery capacity.
