Asus ROG Phone 5 has a global score of 84.7, which is a bit better than Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 overall score. The Asus ROG Phone 5 is a better cellphone than Motorola Edge 40, it must be told that it is also a much older, much thicker and way heavier cellphone. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a much faster processing unit than Motorola Edge 40. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has just a bit better looking screen than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, and they both have the same brightness, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also counts with a little bigger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 and Motorola Edge 40 feature extremely similar memory for applications and games, both of them have equal internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a way better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
