Comparison review
Huawei P20 is a little bit better than the Motorola Edge 40, having a 78.1 score against 77.2. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13, so it offers some additional features. Huawei P20's body has the same thickness than Motorola Edge 40, but it's a bit lighter.
The Huawei P20 features a much better performing CPU than Motorola Edge 40, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Motorola Edge 40 counts with a little more vivid screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a quite bigger screen.
The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a much better camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a camera with a much higher resolution, a way larger back camera sensor which provides a much higher photo and video quality and a lot larger aperture for better low light captures.
Huawei P20 and Motorola Edge 40 both count with quite similar memory capacity for apps and games, they have equal internal storage capacity. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with greater battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
