Samsung Galaxy Note9 has an overall score of 87.1, which is much better than Motorola Edge 40's global score of 77.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a notably older, thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Motorola Edge 40. Motorola Edge 40 has a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels quantity per inch in the display and a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a little bit larger display.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a much greater memory for apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a much more powerful processor than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
