Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a global score of 86.3, which is better than Huawei P20's score of 78.1. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro design is way newer than the Huawei P20's, although it's a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones in this comparison review use Android operating system, but Motorola Edge 50 Pro has the older 14 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a sharper screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bigger display.
