Motorola Edge 50 Pro is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ2, getting an 86.3 score against 79.1. Motorola Edge 50 Pro's design is much newer, just a bit lighter and noticeably thinner than the Xperia XZ2. The Xperia XZ2 counts with a much more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a much better battery duration than Xperia XZ2, because it has a 42 percent bigger battery size.
