The Asus ZenFone 8 has a global score of 83, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge 50's score of 81.2. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Asus ZenFone 8 has the previous 11 version while Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14. The Asus ZenFone 8 construction is just a bit lighter than Motorola Edge 50, but it is thicker and was released many years before.

The Asus ZenFone 8 has a much better processing power than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Edge 50 has a little more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bit larger display, more brightness and a quite better resolution of 1220 x 2712.

The Asus ZenFone 8 has a bit better camera than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a smaller sensor shooting worse quality photographs, and they both have a same size aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also counts with a lot higher video definition and a camera with lot more megapixels. The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 128 GB more internal memory.
