Motorola Edge (2021) is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 50, getting a global score of 84.6 against 81.2. Despite being the best in this review, the Motorola Edge (2021) is a incredibly older, thicker and a little heavier cellphone than Motorola Edge 50. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge (2021) has an older 11 version while Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14.
The Motorola Edge (2021) counts with a way better performance than Motorola Edge 50, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Motorola Edge 50 features a better looking screen than Motorola Edge (2021), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1220 x 2712 resolution and a quite better number of pixels per inch of display.
Motorola Edge 50 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola Edge (2021), because it has more internal memory. Motorola Edge (2021) features a battery lifetime that is very similar to the battery life in Motorola Edge 50. Motorola Edge (2021) captures a bit better photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing images in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Edge (2021) also counts with a camera with way more mega pixels.
