The Galaxy A13 5G is slightly better than Motorola Edge 50, getting an 82.1 score against 81.2. Even being the best in this review, it must be noted that it's also extremely older, a bit heavier and thicker. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy A13 5G has the previous 12 version while Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14.
Galaxy A13 5G has a much better processing power than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. Motorola Edge 50 has a lot better looking screen than Galaxy A13 5G, because it has a much higher screen pixels density, a bit larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels.
Motorola Edge 50 captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 50 MP resolution and a same size aperture, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a way better 3840x2160 video quality. The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A13 5G and Motorola Edge 50 both feature similar battery durations.
