Comparison review

Motorola Edge 50 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A70, with a general score of 81.2 against 76.9. These phones include Android OS, but Motorola Edge 50 has a more recent 14 version and Samsung Galaxy A70 has Android 10, giving some nice extra features. The Motorola Edge 50 is a a little lighter cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy A70, but both have the same thickness.

The Motorola Edge 50 counts with a sharper display than Galaxy A70, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a slightly better resolution of 1220 x 2712px and a just a little greater pixel quantity in each inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy A70 has a much more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

The Motorola Edge 50 features a very superior camera than Galaxy A70, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking pictures in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 50 also counts with a much larger camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs.

Galaxy A70 has just a bit more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola Edge 50 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy A70, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
