Motorola Edge 50 is a little bit better than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, with an 81.2 score against 77.6. The Motorola Edge 50 construction is way newer, way thinner and notably lighter than the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 50 has a newer 14 version while Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has Android 12 version.
The Motorola Edge 50 has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Motorola Edge 50 also has more RAM memory. Motorola Edge 50 features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because it has a bit better pixel density, a little higher 1220 x 2712 resolution and a quite bigger screen.
Motorola Edge 50 has a greater camera than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a much bigger sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality. The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro counts with a bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
Motorola Edge 50 has improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because it has a 23 percent more battery capacity.
