The Motorola Edge 50 has an overall score of 81.2, which is a bit better than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 general score. These phones include Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 50 has older 14 version and Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Motorola Edge 50 is a a lot newer phone, and it is also thinner and lighter than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus.

Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features an extremely better processor than Motorola Edge 50, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. The Motorola Edge 50 has a sharper display than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a higher resolution of 1220 x 2712px, a little bit greater pixel number in each display inch, a little bit bigger screen and a really brighter screen.

Motorola Edge 50 counts with a greater memory for applications and games than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
