Comparison review
Motorola Edge 50 is just a bit better than TCL 20 Pro 5G, getting a global score of 81.2 against 76.1. Motorola Edge 50 is a noticeably newer phone, and it's also just a little lighter and thinner than TCL 20 Pro 5G. Both phones in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Motorola Edge 50 has the newer 14 version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11, giving you some nice extra features.
Motorola Edge 50 has a much better screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a same size display, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a little greater count of pixels in each inch of screen and a little higher resolution of 1220 x 2712. The TCL 20 Pro 5G has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 50, and although they both have equal internal storage, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has a very superior performance than Motorola Edge 50, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. The Motorola Edge 50 takes slightly better videos and photos than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same aperture and the same video quality, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a more MP back camera and a way larger camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
Motorola Edge 50 features just a bit better battery lifetime than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
