Motorola edge is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A80, getting an 89.6 score against 84.9. Motorola edge's design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy A80, but it's somewhat lighter. Motorola edge features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A80, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.

Galaxy A80 counts with a display that's very similar to the Motorola edge one, and although the Galaxy A80 has a just a little better screen density and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, they both have a display of the same size. The Motorola edge counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A80, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Motorola edge has longer battery performance than Galaxy A80, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. Motorola edge takes better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A80, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola edge also has a bigger sensor shooting higher quality photos and videos, a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a larger aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited environments.
