Comparison review
The Motorola edge has an overall score of 89.6, which is better than the Xperia 5's 81 global score. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Motorola edge is a heavier and thicker phone than the Xperia 5. The Xperia 5 features a bit faster CPU than Motorola edge. Both have 8 CPU cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
Xperia 5 counts with a slightly better looking display than Motorola edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2520px and a just a little more pixels per display inch. The Motorola edge takes a lot better videos and photos than Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola edge also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Motorola edge has a superior storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia 5, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Motorola edge features a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia 5, because it has a 43% greater battery capacity.
