The Samsung Galaxy Beam is slightly better than the Motorola Milestone 2, having a overall score of 58.7 against 53.4. The Samsung Galaxy Beam is a newer cellphone, and it's also just a little thinner and lighter than Motorola Milestone 2. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Beam has newer 2.3.6 version while Motorola Milestone 2 has Android 2.2, providing a lot of extra features and a performance increase.

The Motorola Milestone 2 counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Beam, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and a little bit more pixels per inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy Beam and Motorola Milestone 2 have really similar memory for games and applications, both have the same internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 32 GB.

The Galaxy Beam has a little bit better performance than Motorola Milestone 2, because it has more RAM, a larger number of cores and a much better graphics processing unit working at 500 megahertz. The Galaxy Beam captures a little bit better photos and videos than Motorola Milestone 2. Both of them have a 5 MP resolution back facing camera, the same (HD) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates.
