Moto G7 Power has a general score of 72.6, which is much better than Moto E (2015)'s general score of 63.4. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Moto G7 Power has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Moto E (2015) has Android 5.0, giving a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. The Moto G7 Power body is incredibly newer and notably thinner than the Moto E (2015)'s, although it is also notably heavier.
Motorola Moto E (2015) has a little faster processor than Moto G7 Power, because although it has a lower number of cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits processing unit. Motorola Moto E (2015) counts with a little sharper display than Motorola Moto G7 Power, although it has a lot lower resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, a just a bit lower screen pixels density and a really smaller display.
