Samsung Galaxy S4 is a lot better than the Motorola Moto E (2015), with a 79 score against 63.4. Galaxy S4 has a processor that is very similar to Motorola Moto E (2015)'s processing unit, because although the Galaxy S4 has a 32-bit processing unit against 64-bits, and they both have a 400 megahertz GPU and the same number of cores, it also counts with more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S4 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Moto E (2015), and although they both have a F2.2 camera aperture, the Galaxy S4 also has a camera with a lot better resolution and a lot higher 1920x1080 video definition. The Galaxy S4 counts with a superior storage for apps and games than Motorola Moto E (2015), because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that allows up to 64 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto E (2015), because it has a 9 percent bigger battery capacity.
