HTC Rezound has a general score of 60.7, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto E's score of 56.9. The HTC Rezound is a way older, thicker and heavier device than the Motorola Moto E. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but HTC Rezound has the previous 4.0 version while Motorola Moto E has Android 4.4.4 version.
