Galaxy A8 Star is slightly better than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, with an 82.1 score against 75.7. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A8 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto E7 Plus has Android 10 version, so it gives some nice extra features. Galaxy A8 Star is an older device than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, but it's just a little lighter and thinner anyway.
The Galaxy A8 Star features a little faster processor than Moto E7 Plus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy A8 Star also has more RAM memory. Galaxy A8 Star has a more vivid screen than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a way higher 1080 x 2220 resolution.
Moto E7 Plus features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have a same size aperture and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Moto E7 Plus also has a lot bigger back camera sensor which provides a much higher photo and video quality, higher 60 fps video frame rates and a back-facing camera with much more MP.
Motorola Moto E7 Plus has a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto E7 Plus also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Moto E7 Plus counts with longer battery duration than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
