The Galaxy M31 is better than the Moto E7 Plus, with a global score of 86.5 against 75.7. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M31 has the newer 11 version while Moto E7 Plus has Android 10, so it gives you lots of additional features. The Galaxy M31 is a a little thinner and a little lighter cellphone than Moto E7 Plus, although they were released only 6 months apart.
The Galaxy M31 features a much better screen than Moto E7 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
