The iPhone 5s has a score of 75.5, which is way better than the Moto G (2014)'s overall score of 61.7. IPhone 5s works with iOS 8.x OS, and Moto G (2014) has Android 5.0 OS. Although iPhone 5s is older than Moto G (2014), it's body is notably thinner and incredibly lighter. The iPhone 5s features a superior processing unit than Moto G (2014), because although it has less processing cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the iPhone 5s also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and a better GPU running at 600 megahertz.

IPhone 5s has a little more vivid screen than Moto G (2014), because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse 1136 x 640px resolution, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density. The Apple iPhone 5s features a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G (2014), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
